John
"John was an eye–witness of Jesus Christ throughout His earthly ministry, and he rejoiced to see the risen Christ the very day of the resurrection. The Gospel of John emphasizes Jesus Christ as God. Its purpose is to bring people to faith in Christ as Savior and Lord so that they will have eternal life. John records nine discourses given by Jesus and eight miracles. John wants us to know that Jesus is God, the Bread of Life, the Light of the world, the Door, the Good Shepherd, the Resurrection and the Life, the Way, the Truth and the Life, and the True Vine."
The Gospel translates into - The Good News. Why so ?
All individuals have the opportunity to create a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and recognizing his love for us, making the ultimate sacrifice giving his life on the cross and paying off our accumulated sin, on the third day resurrecting from death and made possible our eternal life with him under God. Believing in Jesus and acknowledging him as our Lord and saviour saves us from the eternal fire of this material world and secures a place of spiritual life and growth in the Kingdom of GOD. The Good News.

Jesus Is Life
John 3:16-17 – "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him."
Jesus Gives Life
John 4:13-14 – "Jesus said to her, 'Everyone who drinks of this water (from the well) will be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.'"
Jesus Holds The Judgment

Remain In The Light
John 12:46 – "I (Jesus) have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in Me may not remain in darkness."

Greater Love
John 15:13 – "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends."

John 16:22 – "So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you."
