19.0 - Deagel Corporation – advising the world Governments, Military & institutions on logistics, strategic resource optimization & depopulation.

Is there a deeper, coordinated and more far-reaching global strategic planning regarding depopulation ?

If the answer is No - then we can all carefree get on with our lives. But if the answer is 'Yes' - then if we are interested in the future living conditions of our children and their descendants, we should ask more questions, investigate for ourselves and try to find fingerprints and motives for such far-reaching strategic planning and possibly also counteract it.

If they exist, Where do these plans come from ? Who plans for depopulation today and historically? What is the purpose or the different purposes and motives for pursuing such plans? What scientific evidence, ideological bases and social arguments are used to justify such an Agenda? Who finances the various strategic and operational functions to carry out this depopulation? What mandate does anyone have to "play GOD" or justify depopulation in general, or by some parts or groups of populations but not others?

I have on several occasions in this book presented history, documents and links that prove that such a long-term strategy exists and has existed far back in history. This section will further strengthen the material already presented. I therefore answer Yes - to the question concerning such depopulation plans.

Preplanned & Premeditated Extinction & Extermination Events.

Many of the countries in Europe like France, England, Germany, Italy, Spain and more, have also predictions in the Deagel Advisory for the same period that display a reduction of their populations with between 15 – 65 %.

In 2017, the Deagel Corporation, a high level intelligence contractor, publicly predicted the death of hundreds of millions of Americans, and also the death of many millions in countries around the world as well. After much internet clamor, Deagel removed this prediction. In an ominous sign, Deagel just resurrected its dire predictions.

In 1973, a computer program dubbed "World One" at the "prestigious", government-funded Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), also magically calculated a major decrease in the quality of life by the year 2020 and an "end of civilization" by the year 2040.

The Deagel Corporation is often characterized as being similar to the Jaynes Corporation (JC), another "trusted" source for high-level defense and security intelligence. Jaynes Corporation provides comprehensive, unclassified and up-to-date intelligence on military equipment in production, future demand and in use around the world. JC also "offers threat intelligence and industry awareness and advisory services." JC further toutes itself as the "worlds leading expert since 1898 for Aerospace, Defense & Security research, insight and analysis."

According to Rumble: "The Deagel Corporation is a minor bransch of US Military intelligence", one of the many secretive organizations which collects data for high-level decision-making purposes and prepares confidential briefing documents for agencies like the National Security Agency (NSI), Department of Defense (DOD), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), United Nations (UN), the World Bank (WB) and a few more. It is known, for example, to have contributed to a Stratfor report on North Korea. With this kind of pedigree, Deagel should be seen as legitimate player in the intelligence community and not merely a disinformation asset.

"If so, then it must be assumed that its population predictions for the year 2025, as well as its industrial output predictions on a nation-by-nation basis, are based on strategic assumptions wich are shared and well understood by other players in the intelligence community."

In other words, multiple-regime funded intelligence operations are predicting dire extinction events for Americans, and several other European and global populations.

As we look back on history, we will find that money, resources, political and Royal power has been concentrated and accumulating with time, which has benefited a smaller elite at the expense of the ever-increasing world population. Historically, this elite has not always been coordinated with common strategies and end goals. They have competed for power and resources for long periods of time, and this has slowed down many of the elite's plans and long-term strategic goals. At some point in history, a majority of this elite came together and began to coordinate their activities and work towards common goals as this would benefit them all.

Elite synthesis.

I am not of the opinion that rival rich, powerful and influential families, Royals and corporate groups suddenly came to the conclusion that they had to come together and cooperate instead of spending, their wealth and endless lifes on battlefields to fight eachother. I believe that it was a gradual process. Occasionally, many of the elite groups came together at major fastivities, negotiations, intermarriages between noble families and common contract trading. At some point clusters of influential elite groups realized it was better to join common goal purposes than being sucked up by endless costly, spending and wars between eachother.

This gradual realization amongst elite groups can be traced back to many different historical time points and i believe it picks up organizational speed on the 15:th century and onwards in Europe. The major influencial forces towards elite coordination comes from the trading corporations at the time and the Royal families themselves, with the insight that in order to gain more profit, resources and power, it is better to cooperate more instead of endlessly being forced out on the battlefields. All where not aboard on this idea, wich should be evident in the following wars in Europe, but I believe the elite clustering for a joint future coordination was inevitable to ensure their own power and wealth.

Embracing common end goals also means that there is relative agreement on the formulation of the problems:

1. What obstacles stand in the way of increased power and confiscation of the remaining natural resources?

2. What, or who are the biggest obstacles/enemies that can hinder or thwart the end goals?

3. How, and by what means, can we weaken and combat these enemies who stand in the way of the ultimate goals?

Who are these elite groups and structures with major influence ?

This is only some few examples of (elite) groups that have ackumulated knowledge, resources and wealth by different or similar methods with the strategic purpose of expanding their power on a global scale.

1. The 13 bloodlines of Cain. These families can be traced back in time with relatively intact generations all the way to the story of Cain in the Bible. Cain's lineage can be traced in the Bible before and after Noah and the Flood, the Canaanites and later also the Phoenicians and the Khazarians, and they acquired a strong culture and religious cult of their own. This cult included, and still includes, child sacrifices to their own god called Moloch as 2 crucial differences from the religious practice of the majority society. This meant that they could never practice their religious sacrificial cult out in the open, because then they would be persecuted, rejected, and in the worst case, killed in a society where they were always in the minority. Early on, they established secret routines and tried hard to keep marriages within their own bloodlines to avoid disclosure.

A large part of these families belonged to the very wealthy elite that ruled Khazaria (present-day Ukraine and parts of Kazakhstan and Georgia) in the 8th and 9th centuries. Their accumulated wealth came from trade where they only accepted Gold as payment. They also confiscated, stole and murdered wealthy traders and caravans to and from the East (Asia) and the rest of Europe and the Middle East. In their culture, a historical contempt for other religious groups was embraced, which often legitimized their blatant crimes. Among the crimes that were systematic, there were also kidnappings of people and children from these caravans, but also raids into neighboring countries where people and children were plundered and kidnapped for further trade and the practice of their religious sacrificial cult.

Russia and allies from neighboring and affected countries finally had enough of these barbaric acts and invaded Khazaria twice. In the first siege, Russia and the Allies forced the Khazarian elite to immediately stop the kidnappings and murders of their populations. The Khazars were forced to stop practicing their religious sacrificial cult and instead choose to practice one of the three major religions, Judaism, Christianity or Islam. The Khazars then chose to start practicing Judaism and cease their sacrificial cult. After this, Russia and its Allies withdrew from Khazaria, and everything would be fine and dandy. But instead, the Khazarian elite and clergy formed a variant of Judaism (Talmudism) where they could inerpret the laws in Talmud to fit their own practice and continue with their sacrificial cult. They also continued their looting, murder and kidnapping raids. This was the straw that broke the camel's back for Russia and the Allies and they invaded Khazaria a second time in the 11th century and this time razed the empire to the ground.

However, the Khazarian elite families, clerics and military intelligence services had been warned of this final invasion via their own highly developed intelligence services and were able to flee in good time in four different directions with their wealth. They fled north to present-day Baltics and Scandinavia, they fled east to present-day India and China, they fled south to present-day Iran, Iraq and the Middle East. They fled with a large group westward into Europe. They established bases relatively fast in their new environments and continued with their practices and secretive rituals and inflitrated trade, commerce, political, religious and Royal powers using their skills and wealth to advance their positions. They managed to reach major influence in Royal- and financial sectors during the late medieval period accelerating into the 16th and 17th century.

2. As early as the 7th century, the Scandinavian Vikings established an organized shipping and trading structure in which extensive knowledge and trading posts were acquired in all directions in Europe. There is also evidence that their shipping took them to North America as early as the 10th century. They were brave, resilient and skilled sailors with booty goods of the highest class in the form of weapons, metal, furs and goods. This strategic knowledge and expertise in metals, weapons and later specialized industrial activities came to be preserved and developed in Scandinavia, where a nobility class emerged, which initially did not identify with the European nobility's version of elitism, but formed its own form of elitism based on gaining a trade advantage through long-term strategy, trade, banking and industrial brilliance that during the latest 200 years up until this day would conquer the world with control on information itself and the worlds energy- and telecominfrastructure, in combination with specialized products and weapon industtry.

3. Colonialism contributed to the formation of extremely rich families, corporations and Royal nations. The hunt for exploiting natural resources on other continents has always ben a driver for those who seek expansion of power. Activity that could be called colonialism has a long history, starting at least as early as the ancient Egyptians. Phoenicians, Greeks, and Romans founded colonies in antiquity. Phoenicia had an enterprising maritime trading-culture that spread across the Mediterranean from 1550 BC to 300 BC; later the Persian Empire and various Greek city-states continued on this line of setting up colonies. The Romans would soon follow, setting up coloniaethroughout the Mediterranean, in North Africa, and in Western Asia. Beginning in the 7th century, Arabs colonized a substantial portion of the Middle East, North Africa, and parts of Asia and Europe. From the 9th century Vikings (Norsemen) such as Leif Erikson established colonies in Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Greenland, North America, present-day Russia and Ukraine, France (Normandy) and Sicily. In the 9th century a new wave of Mediterranean colonisation began, with competitors such as the Venetians, Genovese and Amalfians infiltrating the wealthy previously Byzantine or Eastern Roman islands and lands. European Crusaders set up colonial regimes in Outremer (in the Levant, 1097–1291) and in the Baltic littoral (12th century onwards). Venice began to dominate Dalmatia and reached its greatest nominal colonial extent at the conclusion of the Fourth Crusade in 1204, with the declaration of the acquisition of three octaves of the Byzantine Empire.

Some fragments on the Eugenics movement – An Elite project ?

In the text below, I will only set up short sentence structures about the main movements that have worked for eugenics and its arguments historically, since I have already dived into the subject earlier in my book.

For an ordinary thinking individual, brought up with Western education, the Enlightenment and Judeo-Christian ideas of justice, principles of equality, and individual pursuit of freedom, it is very difficult to accept that forces can give themselves permission to work globally for massive global genocide through depopulation programs.

Who or what forces want to put themselves above man and dictate the conditions for the growth or reduction of populations? What were the basic ideas, motives, and arguments for acting in this self-proclaimed Godlike role? The amount of hubris, superhuman complex and self-justification is just unimaginable and incalculable for such a level of, as it seems, immeasurable evil.

Conflicts, wars, contradictions and hatred have been created in abundance historically, where peoples, cultures and nations have been driven towards systematically wanting to wipe each other out. But that hstory doesn't fit in this chapter. I start in the late 1800s when it is at this time that science, the ideas of elite families, the financial resources and tools can be coordinated on a stronger platform with global reach.

1 – In 1869 - Francis Galton released his book "Hereditary Genius. systematized these ideas and practices according to new knowledge about the evolution of man and animals provided by the theory of his half-cousin Charles Darwin during the 1860s and 1870s. After reading Darwin's Origin of Species, Galton built upon Darwin's ideas whereby the mechanisms of natural selection were potentially thwarted by human civilization. He reasoned that, since many human societies sought to protect the underprivileged and weak, those societies were at odds with the natural selection responsible for extinction of the weakest; and only by changing these social policies could society be saved from a "reversion towards mediocrity", a phrase he first coined in statistics and which later changed to the now-common "regression towards the mean". He began by studying the way in which human intellectual, moral, and personality traits tended to run in families. Galton's basic argument was "genius" and "talent" were hereditary traits in humans (although neither he nor Darwin yet had a working model of this type of heredity). He concluded since one could use artificial selection to exaggerate traits in other animals, one could expect similar results when applying such models to humans.

2 - In1890 – The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in the USA was founded and financed by rich American Oligarch families such as the Harrimans, the Rockefellers, the Carnegies and other contributors, among them also some foreign investors. It has shaped contemporary biomedical research and education with programs in cancer, neuroscience, plant biology, Cross-Fertilization Science and quantitative biology. One of the bigger ideas was to be able to create stronger and more productive species.

3 – In 1905 – Britain opened up their first racial biology Institute but on a small scale. Norway and Russia followed the British concept at this time.

4 – In 1917 – Knut & Alice Wallenberg Foundation. Now it all gains both speed and resources. The rich Swedish couple Knut Agathon and his wife Alice Wallenberg founded their foundation with aim to support the advancement of science. It still exists today and generates over 250 million dollars on an annual bassis towards basic science, as well as top edge science in different cathegories. Key areas is however medicine, genetics and technology. "The Foundation supports long-term, free basic research beneficial to Sweden, mainly in medicine, technology, and the natural sciences. This is achieved through long-term grants to excellent researchers and to projects of the highest international standard.

5 – In 1922 – The Swedish governmental research institute The institute was housed in Dekanhuset in Uppsala. The State Institute for Racial Biology (SIRB, Swedish: Statens institut för rasbiologi, SIFR) was a Swedish governmental research institute founded in 1922 with the stated purpose of studying eugenics and human genetics. It was officially active until 1958. A parliamentary propositon on the establishment of the institute was approved in 1921, and all parliamentary parties supported the decision. Associate Professor Herman Lundborg became its first director. Lundborg himself portrayed Sweden as "the first cultural state in the world" to establish a racial biology institute. At the time it was probably the worlds most ambitious and organized scientific institution onracial biology and activated many programs and studies.The institute initially had broad support among Swedish intellectuals, but more and more people changed their minds and questioned its scientific validity and became anti-Nazis in the face of the growth of Nazism. Funding came from the Swedish Government but also from the Knut & Alice Wallenberg foundation.

6 – In 1927 – The Kaiser Wilhelm Institute was founded in Berlin Germany. It took its main inspiration, knowledge and organizational structure from Sweden and the State Institute for Racial Biology (SIRB). The Kaiser Wilhelm Instituteof Anthropology, Human Heredity, and Eugenics was founded in 1927 in Berlin, Germany. The Rockefeller Foundation and some other foreign financiers partially funded the actual building of the Institute and helped keep the Institute afloat during the Great Depression.

7 - In 1980 – The Georgia Guidestones was a granite monument that stood in Elbert County, Georgia, United States, from 1980 to 2022. It was 19 feet 3 inches (5.87 m) tall and made from six granite slabs weighing a total of 237,746 pounds (107,840 kg). The structure was sometimes referred to as an "American Stonehenge". The monument's creators believed that there was going to be an upcoming social, nuclear, or economic calamity and they wanted the monument to serve as a guide for humanity in the world which would exist after it. Controversial from its time of construction, it ultimately became the subject of conspiracy theories which alleged that it was connected to Satanism.
