The Neoconservative line becomes the tool for modern Neocolonialism.

Neoconservatism, is a variant of the political ideology of conservatism that combines features of traditional conservatism with political individualism and a qualified endorsement of free markets. Neoconservatism arose in the United States in the late 1960s and early 1970s among intellectuals who shared a dislike of communism and a disdain for the counterculture of the 1960s, especially its political radicalism and its animus against authority, custom, and tradition.

Actually, Neoconservatism was only a new label and, under its umbrella, a number of older ideological and political ideas received new oxygen. Neoconservatism does not hide its ambitions for world domination with monetary and military supremacy. In many aspects it is another variant of colonialism. Their variant of NWO - New World Order can actually be translated as Nazi World Order as the strongest ideologic current adopted is based on the Eugenics of the 1800s and its later main political manifestation in Nazism. This automatically implies that these elite's belief in supremacy comes from nature itself and gives this group its mandate to regulate, dictate and dominate all inferior population groups by whatever means are available. American Neoconservatism sits glued to what many call the "Deep State" or the "Swamp" and its Agenda and/or policies are carried out by both republicans and democrats historically and today. The "Deep State" is deeply intrenched in the general bureaucracy upheld by the fundamental departments building executive administration and function consistent regardless democratic or republic majority.

In the apparent democratic project of the West, this means that this select group must control all the outcomes of the ostensibly democratic elections, either by technically manipulating all the election results for its own benefit, or by controlling for the most part the parties, politicians and officials of all political factions. The financial means required to accomplish these missions are vast but necessary to keep their main adversaries, the world's populations, in a necessary unenlightened darkness about the nature of actual power. Finances flow mainly from global corporations in the banking-finance, military-industrial and medical-industrial complexes. The cooperation between bought parliaments and big business, under the guise of "democracy", is known as "fascism", wich, of course, has appeared in several places throughout history, yet in this case dressed in Neoconservatism.

No matter what form of parliamentary rule, oligarch or -ism rule currently owns power and plans to expand it, they must have control of the media to control the populations. With the media you can do anything, without the media you can't do anything.

Thus, there must not be too large a proportion of independent free media with a focus on critical examination of the authorities' exercise of power. Preferably none at all. Whether the state alone dictates the media or global oligarch companies together with the political power cooperate to eliminate free independent media, by consolidating power large media companies with a common ownership agenda, the power constellation must control the population through uniform media programming. All sovereign independent media executing objective critical and investigative journalism must therefore be transformed and/or replaced towards agenda driven journalism simply repeating the messages from the political powers at be towards the people, and as such fully financially dependent on the same powers and private funders at be.

Today (as of February 2024), 5 major global corporations own over 90% of Western media. These 5 companies are in turn owned by the world's largest investment companies which are BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street, Fidelity and a few more. These investment companies then own parts of each other in order to clarify the non-existent capitalist principle of free competition. They are in fact a construction of uniform market monopolies and have the power to shape news flow, content and agenda. That 5 major corporations could own more than 90% of all media in the Western world was illegal under the 1928 Communications and Radio Act in the USA. But old laws have given way to the consolidation of large companies and their cooperation with governments and authorities over time.

Further back. During the 19th century, the largest financial and corporate owners and interests were divided mainly into separate private family conglomerates. They were among a few others, the Rockefellers, the Carnegies, the Morgans, the Astors, the Du Ponts, the Rothschilds, the Roosevelts and the Vanderbilts on the American continent. In Europe it was mainly families of banking, merchant or of Royal heritage (old money), the Rothschilds, the Habsburgs, the Windsors, the Romanovs, the Medicis, the Grimaldis, the Bourbons, the Spencers, the Bernadottes, the Borgias, the house of Orange-Nassau and later the Agnellis, the Krupps, the Wallenbergs and some other Nobel Houses that decided Europe`s fate. However, the concept of free markets and free competition had negative and reducing effects on many of the rich families ambitions. "Competition to the death" was not appealing to any of hem, so they got together and worked out strategies for cooperation and market agreements in order for all to benifit and prosper. This also included long term strategic agreements regarding intermational trade and goals, as well as an Agenda defining mutual priorities, enemies, obstacles and action plans to maintain and expand power, control, wealth and natural resources. So, the concept of free markets was no more and on the prioritized list of enemies to their power expansion was; conscious, enlightened ever growing populations and a free an independent Russia (with enormous natural resources).

In the early 20th century, the above Oligarch- and Royal elite power cluster became subordinate to a Nordic family, the Wallenbergs, that had grown in Scandinavia through aristocratic trade experiences in Asia through the East India Company's trade in the 1700s and 1800s and their development of intelligence services that branched out into banking, power grids, mining, telecommunications infrastructure, arms industry and pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Their adage was to "operate without being seen" and they have had control of power grids and telecom infrastructure (information advantage) in +180 countries for over 100 years. They have worked long-term strategically and have been able to extract all the important information before anyone else, and have also made the old power cluster dependent on their services. They had developed intelligence operations and was able to act under the global Oligarch- and Royal elite radar. Who doesn't want to keep their electricity, their payment system, their trade and their secrets intact ?

It is wrong though, to assume that the Wallenberg conglomerate (investor) acts as an opponent to other global influencial interests. They work in tandem with other power clusters and agrees with their long term Agenda, as long as it benefits them. But should there be conflicts regarding this, they are already ahead of everyone else an has the final say.

Jumping forward. The US, and particularly the Neoconservative influence on government, has been involved in strategic plans for expanding global power. They seek to exploit the US military dominance to expand their modern colonialism under the ideology of "American Exceptionalism". Since 2001 this group have ben talking and lobbying for putting NATO (Nort Atlantic Treaty Organization) in Ukraine. The background is as follows:

In 1992 the walls towards eastern europe came down and the Soviet Union collapsed. Russian leader Mikhail Gorbachev went to Uk Prime minister Tony Blair and to the US President George H.W. Busch and told them that he was going to do something extraordinary that probably could label him as a trator to Russia in the future, but would create a leverage of balance in Europe as long as it could satisfy the Russian need for soverignty and the western world´s need for European influence. According to this contract, Gorbachev should redraw 400 000 Soviet troops from East Germany and allow US and UK to re-unify Germany under NATO troops. The only commitment Gorbachev wanted from US and UK was that once I allow Germany to become part of NATO, YOU WILL NEVER move NATO further to the East, because we will release all of the eastern states under our control (Tjeckoslovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Estonia. Lithuania, Latvia) and let them become independent states and the independent Russia DO NOT want NATO to move influence and troops into those eastern states. That became a new signed Agreement between the "new Russia" and the West.

The US Secratary of State at the time was James Baker and he famously said; "We promise that we will not move NATO one inch to the East".

Since the wall fell and that Agreement was signed, there has been a number of breaches of that agreement since 1992 and those breaches has solely been accredited to the US, UK and NATO alliance – who has ben expanding it´s influence and moved NATO troops into those Eastern "independent" countries and still continues to do so. This has rendered Gorbachev the title "trator" by the Russian people and he carried this verdict with him to his grave on August 30, 2022, in Moscow.

In 1996 and 1997, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who at the time was one of the strongest birthvoices of the Neocon movement, came out more officially together with the Neocon group to declare a new world order for United States as a global dictate. They had formed a Washington based non-profit Neoconservative think tank and educational organization in 1997 focused on United States foreign policy and its potential for future domination called "Project for the New American Century". Their arguments was that the US had won the cold war nad that victory gave the US the Privilege of dominating the world using a superior military unipower status and superior military forces for the next century to come. America would therefore own the 21st century.

Members of this group are and were; Zbigniew Brzezinski, Alexander Haig, Donald Rumsfeld, Robert Kagan, Victoria Nuland, Paul Wolfowitz, George HW Bush, Henry Kissinger and other Neocon supporters like Jimmy Carter, Dick Cheney, Bill Clinton, Georg Bush jr, Robert M. Gates, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, John Bolton, James Clapper, John Kerry, Al Gore, Robert S. Mueller, Christopher A. Wray and the list could continue. All of them holding the highest or high positions in administrations, three-letter Agencies and departments over the years planting and upholding a Neocon-globalist Agenda in regulatory, action and policy.

Brzezinski and Kagan are the starters of this process even if we can sense Henry Kissingers shadow in the background. They strongly advocate to move into the former Soviet satellite states of the Eastern Europe. In 1997, George F. Kennan, one of the most respected US statesmen and Diplomates in American history, still was a strong holder of American policy of balance through the cold war containment strategy keeping a Soviet expansion in check. Kennan famously said: IF you expand US forces into Eastern Europe you will provoke a violent response from Russia because they can NOT live with NATO on their borders.

This was not a far fetched conclusion. In reversed logic, US could NOT live with a Soviet alliance in Mexico or Canada.

At that time WilliamJ. Perry was Bill Clinton`s secretary of state and he adressed the Neoconservative group with saying; "if you do this and go forward with this plan I will resign, because it is so foolhearted, you are then forcing Russia into a final military response." The US ambassador of the Soviet Union at that time, who is now the head of the CIA, William Joseph Burns said the same thing that; "It is the worst mistake America could make to move NATO to the east." But the Neocon influence was to strong and the US went ahead and expanded NATO to the east, nor one inch, but one thousand miles into the east in 14 countries and then the US put nuclear ready missile launch systems made by Lockheed Martin and can adapt for several missile systems like the Tomahawk missile at a striking distance only 12 minutes from Moscow ! The US put them into Poland and Romania and then tried to move them into Ukraine as well.

To understand the perspective impact we must remember the Cuban missile crisis in October 1962. Under US president John F. Kennedy, the Soviet Union tried to put long distance missile systems on Cuba, wich, if it had been fullfilled would have forced John F. Kennedy to invade Cuba. The reason in the first place, that Soviet Union wanted to put their missile systems on Cuba was that the US already had, in spite of Soviet protests, put long distance American Jupiter missile systems in Turkey and Italy. To de-escalate the conflict, then President John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert F. Kennedy made a secret deal with Soviet Union officials to remove their Jupiter missile systems from Turkey within 6 months, if the Soviet military removed their long distance missile systems from Cuba asap. That is what actually happened and it de-escalated the event.

As of today, August 2023, we are back to square one. NATO is putting nuclear ready missile systems next to Russia again and now the US and NATO want to escalate even further and do the one thing that Russia always stated was the ultimate "do not cross" red line for any NATO expansion and that Vladimir Putin agin and again repeated; - Do not advance into Ukraine. In modern history alone, Russia have ben invaded three times during the 20th century and United States zero times. The last time Russia were invaded it happened through Ukraine and eastern europe when Adolf Hitlers Nazi troops killed between 20–40 million russians ( at that time 1 out of every 7 russians). In a famous speech in 1963, John F. Kennedy tried to remind the American public on the enormous sacrafice the Russian people made in world war 2. The sacrifice of the Russian people where on a scale that few Americans can imagine. They did not start the war, but they fought against Nazism and made this enormous sacrifice and was the major cause to why they, together with the allies, won world war 2. JFK said; "We are tought that the west won WW2, when it actually were the Russians who won WW2. To understand the Russian perspective we have to put ourselves in their position to grasp their point of view."

1/3 of Russia was levelled, every city, every forest, every crop land burned to ashy ground. Imagine if that happened in the United States. The invasion of Russia came from through the Ukraine. If we understand that, then we must understand why the Ukraine is a red line, a NO-GO for any external military force. It is such a major security issue for Russia of today that is beyond any Neoconservative or any other western politician comprehension.

The main point was to instigate war with Russia. Why ? Well, Russia holds the worlds largest natural resources with almost unmeasurable riches. The very same forces and rich private interests that formed the modern banking cartels, the Private Federal Reserve and owned the information network infrastructure throughout the globe, financed wars, instigations and chaos to create their own order out of their arranged chaos to gain power, influence, natural resources and riches. Russia had always been their main aim for control. The Neoconservative group was infact sprung from theese private interests. In 2014, there were riots in Ukraine, the Maidan rebellion (revolution), also called the "revolution of dignity". The US State Department and the CIA through USAID was financing those riots. They put 5 billion dollars into strategy, preparations, manpower, ground resources and aftermath planning int the Maidan "revolution" event. The Maidan riots lead to a coup dètat against the first democratically elected government of the Ukraine. It was a government that refused to choose sides in the riots, it chose neither to support an alliance with the West nor to reject an alliance. A month before that government was overthrown, Victoria Nuland US State Department has a secret call (wich is tape recorded and now public) with the US Ambassador Geoffrey R. Pyatt, where she is picking the new cabinet for the Ukraine. This cabinet was decided and picked with a US / Western loyal majority. US State Department in general and the CIA (USAID) in particular, does not do Democracy operations abroad.

The CIA has overthrown approximately 83 foreign governments between 1947 to 1997 wich is one third (1/3) of all governments on earth and most of them were Democracies. Unfortunately there is close cooperation between the CIA, US Military and NATO in many military, surveillance and control operations. There are roughly 750 US foreign military bases; they are spread across 80 nations. That is quite a back up organization for arranging Coup dètats around the world.

The western press never reported on the nature of theese events. They were occupied with blaming Russia for the turmoil and for their safeguarding their military bases in Crimea. Never adressing and totally neglecting the historical or psychological Russian position and perspective in this area. The conflict escalation and the provocation of war was actually a deliberate western responsability.

From Vladimir Putin`s perspective, the Ukraine is being run by a satellite US Government Cabinet and it´s operations. Putin has an obligation to protect the port and military base of Vladivostok, Russias only warm water port at the Black Sea belonging to Russia for some 347 Years. Russia has invested vast amounts of resources and means in this naval base. It includes large amounts of ships and is a south center for the submarine development program and deployment. From a Russian perspective it is a NO GO, that a satellite US cabinet in Ukraine invites the US Military to challenge the Russian ports and bases in that region. It is bound to be confrontation. So Russia can not just react, they have to be proactive in this matter, every nation with this predicament would.

Therefore, Putin goes into Crimea and takes control over Russian bases without firing a single shot or hurting a single person. The Crimean population is largely Russian and the supposed conflict is therefore in total a welcome event. The financial and military-industrial interest of the West has always sought to finance and create the conflicts that can benefit their long-term goal, which is to access Russia's vast natural resources. This has been a clear scenario throughout the 20th century and into the 21st century. Outwardly, it is about creating an enemy that is terrible enough for public opinion in the West to sing along with the same tune. It's never about understanding your opponent's situation or right to living space. Truth is, if you have media and populations aligning with your created narrative, you can do anything. If you have media and populations diverting from your created narrative, you can do nothing.

The Neoconservatives would only refer to its own methods as a "natural process", "business as usual", "spreading freedom and democracy", "the right of the owner to own more-aka–stake holder capitalism" or the "right of the might above all else". It appears not as freedom, but as fascism to most people.

As soon as the new US Satellite Cabinet was seated in Ukraine, the first rule they passed, was to make the Russian language essentially illegal in the Donbass and Luhansk regions where 90 % of the population is Russian. So the populations of Donbass and Luhansk start organizing in peaceful ways with public demonstrations and gatherings to protest against this totalitarian rule. These demonstrations were violently put down by the new regime and this triggered smaller groups within these regions to organize resistence. It is not a dispute that Russian ethnic groups in Ukraine where being discriminated and treated as a lower cast of citizens by the regime. All logic reactions when not being allowed to speak their own language and practice their own culture publicly. In the Donbass region there is a referendum held were the population votes 90 % to 10 % to join Russia. Putin and Russia says - NO to this ! But instead he offers a proposal on an egreement of protection of the Russian population in the region. So the Donbass region put together an agreement with France, Germany and Russia called "the Minsk accords", The Minsk Accords states that the Donbass and Luhansk regions maintain within Ukraine but is given semi-autonomi status so the population can speak their own language and practice their own culture and also be protected from discriminatory or violent acts from the US Satellite run Ukrainian government. The US Satellite Ukrainian government did NOT ratify the Minsk Accords but France, Germany and Russia agreed to it.

Then the former comedian Vlodymyr Zelenskyy, backed and financed by the Ukranian-born, Israel-Cypriot billionaire oligarch ultranationalist Ihor Kolomoyskyi, runs for president in 2019. This actor wins the election with supposedly 90 % of the votes. Why did Zelenskyy win ? He won because he run on a peace platform, he promised to sign the Minsk Accord as the most important question. As soon as he gets into office he suddenly pivots, due to the US government telling him he could not do that. He had to satisfy Victoria Nuland, Antony Blinken and Avril Haines dictates. They forbid Zelenskyy peace with Russia.
