12.2 – The Global Shapers. Deciding our future - Selected, never elected.

A side issue.

There are, as we have said earlier, many attempts and strategies by rich oligarchs, powerful families, Royals, empires, secret societies or religious groupings to reach for global domination. They all share features and charasteristics that can sort under sociopathic and/or psychapathic definitions.

Most of them had originally gained their wealth and power through enormous corruption, crimes against humanity and leveraged acquisitions of natural resources through arranged problem-reaction-solution scenarios. Deception, division, lies, exploitation and enslavement, they have many tools to uphold and advance their strategies. It also enables the already enpowered to consolidate and acquire actual power over finance, resources and politics, not only by cementing a highground to preserve power, but it also makes it easier to develop strategies and mergers with other actors with the same strategic will to increase their power and influence throughout history. So this increased armament often strengthens with time making it more and more difficult for the larger masses of the populations to preserve and/or increase their actual influence.

Those who have influenced, and still influence the world, focusing on the latest two to three hundred years are those of the rich Oligarchs, the powerful families and the secret societies. They have never been able to reach any global domination entirely by themselves. But if they for times, came together and formed common foundations and organisations encompassing and nurturing their interests, it certainly could be achieved. This movement by the elite towards forming global institutions, foundations and joint interest groups is a major trend during the 17th – 18th and the 19th century.

We must remember theese powerfamilies, Royals and Intelligens services coming together intensively during the period 1870 to 1920 (the Rockefellers, the Carnegies, the Rothschilds, The Duponts and some other minor families) forming their common goals, obstacles and strategies. We must remember that they listed the two major obstacles and enemies to their global dominaton plan, wich had to be controlled and conquered wich was;

1. To achieve total control over Russia and its enormous natural resources. Even if enormous wealth already had been confiscated throughout time all over the planet, it is not enough. To reach global domination we need to arrange the confiscation of Russias natural resources.

2. To control the masses and the global population through partisation, diversions, manipulation, mind control programming, directed education curriculums and false history and media narratives in order to turn them towards blindly fighting themselves instead of focusing on the controlling powers behind the scene. A conscious and educated world population is the greatest enemy. This is the greatest fear and threat towards our power, that common people acquire knowledge and raise their consciousness enough in numbers to reveal the injustices. If this would happen, we would be hanging from the lampposts within days.

Their strategy was that in order not to be caught with all their crimes, it was better to plan, create and control the events and narratives of the future rather than to be reduced to just helplessly reacting to random events and becoming a slave to them.

Vast energy and money was therefore directed to create international, cross-governmental and supranational institutions and foundations in order to create the illusion of Global Authority focused on humanitarian health, development and environmental problem solution. It was necessary to create problems of a global character in order to get nations and their governments under their umbrella of narratives and action plans. This was a very successfull strategy for the creators of this strategy. So let us dive in to the latest hundred years or so:

12.3 – The Shapers of the future.

How has the World Economic Forum (WEF) become the major vehicle for technocratic reshaping of humanity and the planet of today – A technocratic New World Order ?

Let us start with a quote...

" The Davos Class – have little need for national loyalty, view national boundaries as obstacles that are thankfully vanishing, and see national governments as residues from the past whose only useful function is to facilitate the elite´s global operations."

- Professor Samuel Huntington, Harvard university.

The Harvard University will reappear in many connections onwards and is essentially a center for the push for the World Economic Forum and a number of other global institutions. Huntington was an insider and very much involved with power politics. It will soon appear more clearly what he meant with the expression "The Davos Class".

In 1956 the Special Studies Project (SSP) was initiated by Nelson Rockefeller (1908-1979) at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (RBF). It was an ambitious project that adressed the problems of it´s day and how to solve them. Nelson had presidential ambitions and had put together a brain trust to bring his aspirations to life. A young academian Henry Kissinger (1926-) from Harvard was handpicked to serve as the projects manager. Henry had previously been involved in a study group on nuclear weapons at the influencial "think tank" Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and written a book called "Nuclear weapons and Foreign Policy" and together with David Rockefeller (1915-2017), Nelsons younger brother, formed the backbone of the project. David was a banker at the Chase Manhattan Bank and director at the CFR since 1949. The CFR was dominated by the Rockefellers and promoted their business oriented form of "internationalism" (colonialism).

Henry Kissinger became a lojal partner to the Rockefeller interests and has served them ever since. The stated objectives through RBF and SSP was to shape a New World Order in all it´s dimensions as of their own writing proclaims;

" We can not escape, and indeed should welcome, the task which history has imposed on us. This is the task of helping to shape a new world order in all it´s dimensions – spiritual, economic, political, social."

The challange was;

" To build a new structure that will make possible the fulfillment of the basic purposes of humanity."

- Rockefeller Brothers Fund, 1959.

To achieve their goal, they identified science and technology as the key to further their internationalist cause. No other area required more cooperation than science. Furthermore they identified "global health", "climate change" and "environment" as major tasks for problem and operation areas already in the 1950:s. These tasks where focused on and prioritized because they span all over borders across the globe. It was a global matter and therefore it needed a global handling approach, a global organisational authority. The panel who came out with this proposal was shared and promoted by professor Milton Katz (1907-1995) from Harvard Law School and David Rockefeller as a member.

The Rockefellers and climate change ? The Oil Oligarchs and Climate change – global environment ?? How do this compute together ?

The Rockefellers had already been instrumental in establishing the United Nations (UN – 1945). In fact, they had already been instrumental in establishing funds to form many organizations and reshape and create the Pharma, medicin and health industry in the early 1900:s (The Big Pharma). A transformation from natural homeophatic medicin to their own oilbased industrialized medicin preparations / formulas and changing (some would say forcing) the curriculum regarding medicin and doctor education. In their website, Rockefeller Capital Management (RCM) they present many of their achievements under the umbrella "Our Legacy".

The United Nations (UN) stands out as their eye stone and they view it as their own child since it was their money and internationalism that created the UN.

Henry Kissinger was also the director of Harvard International Seminar (HIS) and started the Center for International Relations (CIR – 1958). This seminar had the purpose to establish a better understanding among a select group of people who will be in top- leadership roles in their countries in the years ahead. The Seminar was funded by the Ford and Rockefeller Foundation (FRF) and as later revealed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). David Rockefeller was on the board of, and monitoring, of Harvard University and also became the president of Harvard (1966-1968).

One of the products of these projects and who became one of the many leaders of the future that came under Henry Kissingers influence was Klaus Schwab (1938-), a young economist from Ravensburg in Germany. He came to the USA to doctorate as Master of public Administration at Harvard University. He was the right man for a new mission to further the internationalist agenda and shape a global business institution – the European Management Forum (1971), later to be the World Economic Forum (WEF). Kissinger engaged as Klaus Schwab;s guide and mentor and is still today.

In 1971 Klaus Schwab founded the European Management Forum (EMF) in Switzerland under the banner, "the challange of the future", in order to arrange meetings and allow top managers and directors of influence and large corporations to interact with all their "stakeholders". That means shareholders, suppliers, governments, and important organizations from civil society. This forum would also spread new management techniques to the Europeans. To the (EMF) inaugural meeting, Klaus had invited two academians involved in the Harvard International Seminar (HIS) Kenneth Galbraith (1908-2006) and Herman Kahn (1922-1983). Other notable guests where also Otto von Habsburg from the Paneuropean Union, an organization influenced by the plans of Richard von Coudenhove Kalergi (1894-1972), and also Barbara Ward (1914-1981) a pioneering economist professor, writer and lecturer from Columbia University New York. Barbara became an early promotor of the concept "sustainable development" wich was to become an integral idea of the (EMF) agenda.

Barbara Ward wrote the book "Only one Earth" with the banner; "The care and maintenance of a small planet" as a framework for the United Nations Conference on the Environment in Stockholm 1972. She also worked closely with the secretary General for the Conference Maurice Strong (1929-2015) who was an Canadian oil and mineral businessman and diplomat who also served as the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations. The aim was to convince the developing nations to go along with the agenda. They were both members of the environmental think tank organization the Club of Rome (CR) formed in 1968. The Club of Rome is an umbrella organization nurtured with funds from Anglo-American financiers (Royal British interests and the Rockefeller brothers) and the old Black Nobility families of Europe. (mainly from Italy tracing fromVatican-Roman Empire).

Maurice Strong was, just as Kissinger, mentoring Klaus Schwab and was for many years a member of the Forums board. Klaus comments;

" Maurice Strong was my mentor since the creation of the Forum; a great friend; an indispensable advisor; and for many years; a member of our Foundation Board. Without him, the Forum would not have achieved it´s present significance."

At the now World Economic Forum (WEF) – renamed from (EMF), meeting in 1973, the president of the Club of Rome, Aurelio Peccei (1908-1984) who was an Italian Industrialist and philanthropist, was invited to talk about their report "Limits To Growth – and World Problematique". Some of the content from this report;

" Due to stress with the rising population and unsustainable use of resources, it was concluded that the planet was in need of a Global Management to take care of the planet."

The Club of Rome started up from funds, already noted above, but also from Aurelio Pecceis friend and boss from the FIAT corporation, Giovanni Agnelli (1921-2003) who was an Italian industrialist and who in turn was close friend and business associate with David Rockefeller. At the same meeting 1973, the Davos Manifesto was drafted. It stated among other things that;

" The management has to serve society. It must assume the role of a trustee of the material universe for future generations. It has to use the immaterial and material resources at it´s disposal in an optimal way. It has to continously expand the frontiers of knowledge in management and technology."

The Forum decided that the elites of the world would take the roles as stewards of the planet.

This meeting was sponsored by the European communities and Prince Bernhard of Lippe-Biesterfeld (1911-2004) of the Netherlands. Prince Bernhard was the founder of the Bilderberg Group in 1954, wich was a yearly get together meet and conference with the most powerful and influencial corporate executives, world leaders, philanthropists and parliament leaders from many nations to exchange ideas, glue the Agenda and set up possible future contracts and possibilities.

In October 1973, the Arab countries started an Oil embargo towards the nations that had supported Israel during the Yom-Kippur War 1973. This boosted the price of oil with 300 % and an Oil crisis was created. This gave support to the warnings from the Club of Rome regarding the issue of resource scarcity. Later the Saudi Arabian minister of Petroleum Sheik Ahmed Zaki Yamani stated the following;

"Henry Kissinger had been involved and used some of his diplomatic skills to push this embargo,"

An eventual rise in the price of oil had also been discussed earlier at the Bilderberg meeting in Saltsjöbaden Sweden in May 1973. They had a problem that needed to be solved. To further the aspirations of a global management of the planet, the Elite think tank, the Trilateral Commission (TC) was founded by David Rockefeller in 1973. They called for a new international economic order to better manage the world. The member, US ambassador Richard N Gardner, wrote an article in the Council on Foreign Relations Magazine "Foreign Affairs" that explained the plan as;

"an end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece will accomplish much more than the old fashioned frontal assault."

Gardner had ben an consultant to the Rockefellers Special Studies Project (SSP). What they had in mind was a new system that was Technocratic. A society built and runned by scientists and engineers. A high tech society managed like a big corporation. Technocracy Incorporated started as a project at the Rockefeller associated Columbia University in the early 1930:s developing ideas and structural flow charts.

In todays world this Technocratic aspiration are upheld by the World Economic Forum itself and as stated by one of the WEF:s Young Global Leaders, Parag Khanna;

"If You want a better world for Your Children do not hold Your breath for Global Democratic liberation. The worse the Climate scenarios get, the more the decision makers will be forced into radical top-down measures overseen by technocrates, not activists."

In 1975 the World Future Society arranged the conference "Crisis and Opportunity – The Next 25 Years". The vice president at the time, Nelson Rockefeller, gave the opening adress. They discussed the possibilities of creating a new technocratic world civilisation and how to achieve this. The futurist W. Warren Wagar (1932-2004) stated:

"There is no better time to implement radical changes than after a world wide catasthrophy."

It was the Club of Romes mission to warn about such events.

12.4 - Shaping the future Agenda.

In 1987, the Forum changes name to the World Economic Forum (WEF). The new Agenda that was brought forward after the cold war was discussed. Maurice Strong was at the creative table together with the science writer Joel de Rosnay, Maurice Strong that had served as the United Nations head of the environmental program, talked about "Sustainable Development" and "Global Warming".

Rosnay is known for the concept "Cybiont" - A planetary superorganism or brain comprising of humans, nations, machines, eco systems and networks. A cybernethic organism that the WEF wanted to uphold, ignite and use as a model for the future.

Maurice Strong was part of the United Nations Brundtland Commission. It was molded after the Norwegian Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland (1939-). Both were members of the Trilateral Commission and they released a report called "Our Common Future (1987)" that defined the concept of sustainable development. The inclusion of climate change in the report was initiated and funded by the Rockefeller brothers Fund. The report was a part of the groundmaterial of the summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 that was headed by Maurice Strong. The Rio conference decided to implement the report in the Agenda for the 21st Century – Agenda 21, and start the United Nation Climate Convention. The motto for the Rio conference was "In our hands",,,,who´s hands exactly ?? – It might just be in the same hands that creates the problems – reactions - solutions in the first place.

The Earth Charter Commission was born after the Rio Conference with the task of developing a new ethical framework for the planet. Some start-up members were Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands (1938-) (Daughter of Prince Bernhard-Royal Dutch Shell). Ruud Lubbers (1939-2018) (Prime Minister of the Netherlands), Michail Gorbatjov (1931-) (Chairman and Prime minister of CCCP / USSR), Maurice Strong (1929-2015) (UN), Steven Rockefeller (1936-) (ExxonMobile) (Nelson Rockefellers son). They was brought in to chair the commission and the East and West was bonded together. Steven Rockefeller became the projects coordinator. The Oil interests and the Royal interest merging with the opportunities in Russia. They should be in charge of Earths sustainable future. Steven Rockefeller also gave foundational money to a global scenario group in order to create scenarions for how a planetary civilisation could be created. This group was led by Paul Raskin (1942-) from the Earth Charter Commission he also was a member of the Club of Rome.

In 2002, they released the book "the Great Transition Initiative – Visions and Pathways for a Hopeful Future." They described the books content as a gradual transition to a more peaceful and equal order. It was about the concept; "Build Back Better." They assumed that a general crisis for the much needed transformation could be triggered by an unprecedented Pandemic.

"Another path to general crisis might be initiated by an unprecedented Pandemic; perhaps via an extremely contagious disease vector that emerges from disrupted ecosystems and is carried to the four corners of the earthby a highly mobile affluent population and by waves of impoverished refugees fleeing the spreading chaos." - World Lines, Pathways, Pivots, and the Global Future - Great Transition Initiative 2006.

The end goal was to achieve a world union with a world court and with a world regulatory Authority and it further states that;

"Before the Crisis, Global Governance was effective primarily in one area – setting the terms for liberalized trade, de-regulation and privatization. But the renaissance that occured during the Global Reform era went far beyond anything known before."

Also continuing;

"The World Court, the reconstructed World Union (formerly United Nations (UN)) and the World Regulatory Authority (descended from the last century´s Bretton Woods institutions – all date from this period."

12.5 - The Young Global Leaders Program.

The World Economic forum has for some 30 years planned and developed a program to select and capture young and striving individuals from many nations active within, politics, environment, business, education, finance, science and other areas for initiation and grooming them for future major leadership positions. It is a monumental groundwork to ensure the future policies of the WEF and to shape the future the way the WEF and their funders want. It is, unfortunately also a strong line of bypassing any democratic influence from the majority of opinions and peoples of the many nations.

The WEF – weforum.org states;

"Each year, the Forum of Young Global Leadersgoes through a rigorous selection process to identify, select and commemorate remarkable leaders under 40 who come from different communities and industries worldwide. These young leaders exemplify what we need most today: hope, empathy, authenticity and the drive to develop solutions that can change the world for the better. "

Theese selected Young Global Leaders from all over the world, would then take instructions from the WEF and uphold, reshape and Transform the future towards the WEF funders goals.

Klaus Schwab started to educate leaders for this transformation and he states;

"I have to say...when I mention our names, like Angela Merkel, even Vladimir Putin and so on...they all have been Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum. But, what we are very proud of now is the young generation like, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, French President Emmanuel Macron and the President of Argentina and so on...so that we penetrates the cabinets...so yesterday I was at a reception for the Prime Minister Trudeau and I know that half of his cabinet or even more than half of his cabinet are actually Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum."

In 1992 the WEF started the program Global Leaders of Tomorrow with leaders like Angela Merkel – Germany, Nicolas Sarkozy – France, Jose´Manuel Barroso – EU Commission, Gordon Brown – United Kingdom and Tony Blair United Kingdom.

In 2004 this program was morphed into a more ambitious 5-Year program. More than 4000 leaders has been involved in these programs. Some of those many young global leaders passing through this grooming program were;

Sanna Marin – Prime Minister of Finland, Emmanuel Macron – President of France, Jacinda Ardern – Prime Minister of New Zeeland, Leonardo di Caprio – Actor, Alicia Garza – Black Lives Matter, Sebastian Kurz - Chancellor of Austria.

There is published lists of the members (download from the Malone Institutes) of the Young Global Leaders of Tomorrow throughout the years and what function and / or professions they upholds. We must ask questions about democracy ? How does democracy have a place in these programmes ? Is it totally abolished ?

In 2005 – the Young Global Leaders, started the 2020 Initiative, later renamed the 2030 Initiative, in wich they state;

"To use scenarios and visioning excercises to understand current and future trends, risks and opportunities both at Global and regional levels. Formulate a shared vision of the world in 2020. Create task forces on priority issues and develop Global and regional strategies, concrete actions and measurable benchmarks to advance towards their vision."

In 2006 – The WEF presented their first "Global Risk Report" report. It stated that;

"The risk of a pandemic flu, particularly one caused by human-to-human transmission of the h5n1 or another avian flu virus is now a dominant theme in the Global conversion on risk. A lack of information or misinformation leading to a breakdown in public trust in the ability of Governments, International Institutions or business to manage risk can lead to the spread of fear in ways that greatly amplify the consequences of a particular threat."

2006 – the same year, saw the release of the Military think thank the RAND Corporation report, "Global Technical Revolution 2020". It predicted the following technology applications for the Year 2020;

"RFID - Radio Frequency Identification (electronic chips) tracking of commercial products and individuals. RFID tags to track commercial goods, consumer buying patterns and even individual movement for security and targeted advertising."

Big Changes was planned. Management of the Commons. A manufactured crisis is always helpful to implement major changes on order, structure or law.

2008 – A major Global finincial crisis hit the world, this became the much wanted (for special interests) trigger to "reshape the system". In the middle of the crisis, the WEF held their first summit on the "Global Agenda" in Dubai. The goal was to re-design the international system according to the needs (for special interests) of the 21st century. This reboot gave birth to a "Global Brain Trust" (taken from Rockefellers Special Studies Project SSP) and Klaus Schwab stated;

"Bringing together the best minds and foremost experts, the summit on the Global Agenda is the starting point for Global efforts to re-design our international system according to the needs of the 21st century."

We must take notice of the grandous wording of mr: Schwab when he states that the "best minds" and "foremost experts" have been brought together, never to question the selection process of these best minds and foremost experts that, self appointed as it seems, will re-design "our" (their ?) international system. There is, actually, no democratic or public mandate for anyone to re-design anything. This is the result of private Globalist Oligarch interests joining together grooming the world.

The Global Brain Trust. The WEF.s more than 70 Global Agenda Councils with 1540 leaders and experts think tanks that would shape the Agenda for the coming years. One of those were the Global Agenda Council on Pandemics.

2009 – The annual meeting in 2009 was titled "Shaping the Post-Crisis World." and gave birth to the Global Re-design Initiative consisting of the newly founded Global Agenda Councils. The Global Agenda Concils on the future of Governments, concluded in their report "The Digital Marshall Plan" that the current order had 4 Government Lacks (gaps);

1. Lack of Trust.

2. Lack of Incentives.

3. Lack of Institutions.

4. Lack of Time.

The Governments were endangered of being irrelevant and a new approach was needed (special interest opportunity ?). The Solution was a Digital Marshall Plan with e-governments to engage its citizens. It stated, that this would help develop better warning systems for disaster and crisis prevention, and for preventing problems in the Global Economy. It would enable new forms of global cooperation and governance. No one should be left behind.

Henry Kissinger wrote the same year (12th January) in New York Times that;

"The ultimate challange is to shape the common concern of most countries, regarding the economic crisis, together with a common fear of Jihadist terrorism, into a common strategy reinforced by the realization that the new issues like proliferation, energy and climate change permit no national or regional solution."

Due to the crisis, the G20 group (Global Management of the Planet), consistent of 20 of the world´s largest economies, including Russia, China, and the European Union, became the premier political forum to discuss and manage global problems. The president of the European Council Herman van Rompuy said;

"2009 is also the first year of Global Governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis. The Climate conference in Copenhagen 2009 is another step towards the Global Governance of our planet."

The WEF was closely aligned as several of the leaders had ben part of the WEF and Klaus Schwab´s – Young Global Leaders Program -. The G20 Group took over the position of the previous G7-G8 Group and is working to establish a new international economic order. They gather all the central actors that shape the Global Agenda such as the United Nations (UN), the World Bank (WB) and the The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

In 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation (RF) released a report called; " Scenarios For the Future and International Development". It contains scenarios discussing areas of technological development and how it could be furthered or hindered in the future. A scenario called "Lockstep", discussed the possibility of a severe Pandemic. Other scenarios lifted where "Hack Attack", "Cyber Warfare" and "Resource shortages" formed into the slogan "clever together" wich was action points for uniting and cooperating to solve global problems.

In 2011, the WEF started the "Grass Roots Initiative" via the "Global Shapers Community" and consisted of people under the age of 30 y. It has since 2011 grown to 479 hubs all over the world with over 14000 members. The mission is to empower young people to play an active role in shaping local, regional and global agendas. These young grassroots are led by Klaus Schwab and have to be endorsed by an existing shaper, or another member of WEF community.

In 2015, the WEF transformed into an international organization for "Public Private Partnership" and was ready for a new more active role in shaping the future. The time had come for the great transformation. In 2015, the United Nations (UN) Agenda 2030 with 17 global goals was decided. Klaus Schwab and the WEF was well prepared. At the annual WEF meeting in 2016, Klaus Schwab declared "the Fourth Industrial Revolution". This is a plan to totally reshape the planet and humanity itself with digital technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, neuro technological brain enhancements and surveillance from space as their program states;

Increasing digital technology through Internet of Things (IoT).
Reshaping the physical world with Artificial Intelligence and Robotics.
Altering the human through neuro- and biotechnology.
Integrating the environmnet with space technology and geoengineering.

The Forum was well prepared with many working groups and communities all intended to shape the future they wanted. The WEF shapers consists of a number of leading companies of the world. They engage in the Forums platformes exchanging ideas, possibilities and resources. Among those who have contributet with the most funds are corporations like, Intel, Ericsson, ABB, IBM, QIA, Datalife, CitiBank, JP Morgan, Visa, MasterCard, Chevron Oil, Pharma, UniLever, Bill Gates Welcome Trust and several others. The WEF and their partners have established Global centers for the Fourth Industrial Revolution wich is as I am writing, the United States, Canada, India, China, France, Finland, England, Turkey, South Africa and Russia.

The WEF board of Trustees consists of the most powerful interests of the world from all branches and categories of businesses in; Wolrd Finance, Oil, Tech, Medical, Chemical, Mining, Military, Food and NGO:s (Non Governmental Organizations). For finance almost all banking giants are present; Bank of America, Bank of England, European Central Bank (ECB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank Group, Bank of China, Bank of International Settlements (BIS) and the Russian SberBank.

In June 2019, the WEF signed a formal partnership with the United Nations (UN). It was certified by António Guterres (UN) and Klaus Schwab (C-WEF), The news about this partnership were silenced throughot the world main stream media. This agreement has become a powerful alliance to reinforce and execute the Agenda. The cooperation has been going on for a couple of years. The UN deputy secretary general Amina Mohammed has been on the board of the WEF Young Global Leaders since 2017. We often find members of the WEF, UN, TC, CFR, CR and the Bilderberg Group as members or role players in eachothers organisational structures. It is an intertwining and a cross-membership partisation of many names at once, sharing the same Global interests.
